This policy explains what Done-Rite Painting Inc. (“we”) collects through this website and by text message, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your name and phone number, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your email address, the service you need and details of the job. We also keep when it was sent and the internet address it came from, to keep out spam.
- If you tick the box to get texts from us: that you agreed, when, and the words you agreed to.
- When you tap our phone number on this site: the page and the place on it you tapped, so we know how people reach us.
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and do the work, and follow up afterwards. We text you only if you agreed to it (below). We don’t sell your information.
Text messages
If you tick the box on our quote form, we may text you at the number you gave us about your request and, once the job is done, to ask how it went: up to 3 texts per job. Agreeing is optional; you don’t need to agree to get a quote or to hire us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that run this website and deliver our texts and emails for us, and only to do that: CJP Software and Media Inc., which builds and hosts this website and stores your request for us, and our text message provider. They may not use your information for anything else. Otherwise we share it only if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
